Does you stomach ever grumble in class for no reason?

Mine does. I eat, so its not because I'm hungry. lol. It just does some days..... ESPECIALLY when I do tests and the class is really quiet. It's pretty embarrassing.. lol. So does yours ever grumble?? what do you do to mask the noise??
