What is wrong with my dog?

my dog woke up this morning and didn`t go to the restroom like he always does then he went back to bed and does not want to eat or drink anything he is a chiwauwa 4 mnths and i can hear like of he has gas or diareha it has been grumbling bad all day he hasn`t used da restroom at all his stomach does feel hot
