Do talking huskies tend to bother people?

I have a husky that 'talks' a lot.. not barking but 'talking'. Grumbling, 'whoo whoo whoo', etc. I'm wondering how annoying most people find this to be. She doesn't talk *constantly* but talks when she gets frustrated or excited.
