I keep belching? (10 pts best answer)?

I'm 20 yrs old and since today morning whether I ate or not, I keep burping a little...it happens out of nowhere and i also hear grumbling noises in my stomach. my throat also seems kind of sore when i swallow something. i also have this "hot" or "burning sensation" in my stomach with random needle stabbing pains all over my stomach. what could this possibly be? thanks
