Intestine problems please help?

I just had really dark brown diarrhea and i feel grumbling in my stomach and i dont have to go and i was wondering if i could be bleeding badly in my intestins or if my stomach grumbling is normal after pure liquid diarrhea and it has also been a few hours since i had diarrhea how long would it take to know if im bleeding
