I think i need some help please?

Ok so this morning i woke up to find pu""bic hairs in my mouth i started to gag so i ran for the restroom to throw up. In the restroom i found "used tissues" so i started throwin up some more. Im freakin out becuz my parent invited some old guy over for dinner i didnt join them so i went to my room.. and got high. I thnk i went to sleep after that becuz i dont remember anything. Advice?
