My neighbor his planning to kill me with his,i my self heard him saying this,3days now i can't go out,pls help?

all is that some one in the building were we live complaining about the garb edge in his garden to the council,and all he thought about is me,i'm very very scared what can i do? he even said that i will get gun shot not a way from here.i'm terrified i have 2 kids and i'm pregnant,God what can i do??
