What would you do in this situation?

I do not get along with the downstairs neighbors. One day last week,she heard me grumbling about hating to open the door for people. She suddenly for the past week has been ringing my bell for me to open the door for her. I decided to disconnect my Bell, since my Son now has his keys. She doesn't even say thank you either. I looked out the Window this Morning and figured she was stuck outside again. She was standing across the street trying to get the Neighbors to open the Door. Am I wrong for leaving her outside? This is gettting ridiculous and she knows we already don't get along. Or should I have let her in? I have a baby and a toddler upstairs. I can't keep going downstairs leaving my Kids by themselves, to open the door for her.
