Why do I still feel hungry even after I eat breakfast? Healthy breakfast food ideas?

As long as you don't have any health problems, and maybe even if you do, you should eat a high calorie but healthy breakfast. You are hungry in the morning because you simply haven't eaten in many hours. Try and eat as much of what you like that fills you up as long as it not frozen, or fast food and balanced (not all breads not all meats not just fruit etc). Oh and bring a couple granola bars or snacks with you
