Were YOU ever terrified of a miscarriage and everything was normal?

So i'm 5 weeks, i have a two year old boy, this is my second pregnancy and for some reason I am absolutely terrified im going to miscarry! I think its because i've seen so many people around me lose their second babies and I don't want it to happen to me! Did any of you feel like your pregnancy wasn't real and you were for sure going to miscarry and then you didn't? Thanks!
