How much trouble will my Stupid Sister get into for Cyber Bullying?

I agree with the above answer- she is a minor but she can get into A LOT of trouble- there are more and more court cases relating to bullying in and out of schools due to suicides, violence in schools, etc. Chances are they may consider counseling as part of a "punishment/treatment"-- maybe begin that before it's recommended to show an effort to change her actions?
