How much trouble will my Stupid Sister get into for Cyber Bullying?

It doesn't seem like bullying cuz she put a bunch of HAHAHAHA's and :) after everything but anyway tell her to get off the site and not to do that to anyone else again and also make her apologize and at most I think she can only get banned from the site for that.
