Eating disorder or something else?

My cousin at the moment is in hospital for an eating disorder that i dont think she has since we were little my cousin has always had reflux and had trouble keeping foods down at the moment she is in hospital because she has lost alot of weight they have put it down to an eating disorder because she cant keep alot of food down sheis also constantly constipated and in pain which they are not treating they only give her panadol and are feeding her out of a nasalgastric tube ithink there she has something else wrong with her not an eating disorder i thnk the hospital are just puting it down to it because they cant think of anything else they make her throw up on herself in front of everyone in the ward because in there program they dont allow sick bags my question is what else could it be please dont hesitate to ask for more info thanks
